Hard Qigong Exercise List

A great morning practice to strengthen and cleanse the body! A set of 6 cleansing breaths (Qiu Qi) is repeated between each exercise.

  1. Elbow strikes
  2. Punches
  3. Grasp and Pull – forward, up and down
  4. Palm strikes
  5. Yin – yang chest strikes
  6. Push-ups
  7. Warrior
  8. Mud walking
  9. Strike belly
  10. Sit-ups
  11. Four direction kicks
  12. Strike tiger’s butt
  13. Elbow across
  14. 3-1 punch, kick combo

In the morning practices we follow these with a brief stretching routine.
