Good Morning! (formerly Hard Qi Gong & Stretching) – one month

Get your day started with this 30-45 minute Qigong class.

Monday and Thursday We spend 30 minutes doing strengthening Hard Qi Gong followed by stretching. Hard Qigong builds strength, chases out stagnation, warms the muscles, and contributes to overall improved energy.  Stretching opens the joints and makes space within the body, supporting the smooth circulation of Qi and essence.

Tuesday and Friday We practice Grandmaster Li’s Dao Yin. This 45 minute practice balances, clears, and supports overall body and energy health. A wonderful self-care, self-maintenance program.

Wednesday Our 30 minute practice focuses on flexibility, stretching and joint opening. This includes a variety of practices such as Tai Chi stretching, joint opening, 13 postures to regulate the body, heavenly palm and more.

Class meets Monday-Friday at 8:00am Eastern time zone.
