Join me for a month (6 days each week = 24 classes) of Taoist fitness training. We’ll begin slowly and gradually ramp up our practice to strengthen and ground the body and spirit.
When: March 2nd – March 28th, Monday-Saturday, 6:30-7:15am Eastern
Where: In-person in the studio or online (hybrid, live class)
Cost: $180.
Each class will include an intensive Qi Gong practice followed by Stretching and a brief meditation.The classes and intensity are progressive – building on previous classes. They include sit-ups, push-ups, kicking and punching.
