World Tai Chi Day has been celebrated since 1999 and is now practiced in over 80 countries. On the last Saturday in April, at 10am local time, people all around the world come together to practice Tai Chi and create awareness while generating a world encircling Qi Chang.
We will join Jude Hasken’s Tai Chi group and others at 10am to practice some Tai Chi and Qigong. Jude and I, and possibly some other teachers, will lead the practice. Whatever your level of practice, come and “get your Tai Chi on”. There will be something for everyone.
The group meets in the parking lot behind Decatur Healing Arts, (619-A E College Ave, Decatur, GA 30030). The lot is to the right of the main building all the way at the back of the property.
Bring water, appropriate shoes and, if needed, a sun hat…
The rain location is the shelter behind Winnona Park Elementary School (510 Avery St, Decatur, GA 30030, United States)
