I am honored to have been selected to be a presenter at the National Qigong Association (NQA) Conference in September in Richmond, Virginia. The theme this year is “Harmony in Motion”, which, for me, is at the heart of Qigong and my teaching! My presentation topic is “Finding the Mystical Zone of Taiji and Qigong,” and will include both theory and practice.
