Classes

Wild Peace Tai Chi classes give you an opportunity to practice Qi Gong and Tai Chi forms in the privacy and convenience of being at home, at the office or on the road. Classes are 30 minutes to an hour long. Now offering in-person, online (via zoom) and hybrid classes.

Streaming Qigong Videos and Guided Meditations

Enrolled students now have on demand access to a variety of Qigong Videos and Guided Meditations through wildpeacetaichi.com. Starting with a select set of forms and practices, over time we will be adding and updating (as we learn about audio and video production) video and guided meditation options.

Workshops

In workshops we explore the individual movements within a Qi Gong or Tai Chi form in depth. A typical Qi Gong workshop is 2-3 hours long. We begin by practicing the form through once, then we explore each movement and associated breath, visualization and energy flow. We then conclude the workshop by practicing the entire form slowly and with intention. Handouts are generally included, and there is time for note taking and questions.

Programs

Programs are of two natures:

  • Long term live classes with materials managed online and
  • Online self-paced courses that have no live component.

Examples of these include teacher certification programs that meet regularly for an extended period of time and a self-paced class on Working With Qi that takes 2-3 hours to complete.

Tui Na – Chinese Medical Massage

This hands-on modality works at the intersection between the physical and energetic bodies to balance, unblock and improve the flow of energy in the body.

Private Sessions

Deepen your practice with private classes and coaching. Topics include Tai Chi, Qi Gong, meditation, mindfulness and Taoist Philosophy.
