Morning Hard Qigong – one month

Get your day started with this invigorating class!

We spend 30 minutes doing strengthening Hard Qi Gong followed by stretching. Hard Qigong builds strength, chases out stagnation, warms the muscles, and contributes to overall improved energy.  Stretching opens the joints and makes space within the body, supporting the smooth circulation of Qi and essence.

Class meets Monday-Friday at 7:30am Eastern time zone.
