Morning Hard Qigong – recurring
This invigorating class meets Monday-Friday at 7:30am Eastern time zone.
We spend 30 minutes doing strengthening Hard Qigong followed by stretching. Hard Qigong builds strength, chases out stagnation, warms the muscles, and contributes to overall improved energy. Stretching opens the joints and makes space within the body, supporting the smooth circulation of Qi and essence.
