February 15th: Self-Care for Anxiety while all Qigong can help relieve anxiety, we will focus on those practices that help us ground, balance, and release
March 1st: Support Eye Health with eye Qigong and healing practices for the eyes
March 15th: Hand Care for craft-persons, artists, writers, gamers and anyone who works intensively with their hands
