Return to Balance with Qigong for Health and Longevity
Beginning Saturday, February 8th
Reset your foundation for improved health and longevity with Qi Gong (Energy Practice). Learn and practice Qi Gong to release stress, smooth and balance the flow of Qi, and return to a state of focused awareness.
Suitable for all health and Qigong experience levels. Classes typically include a warm-up practice, a Qigong form and a brief meditation. Drop-ins are welcome!
When: Saturdays 9:30-10:30am
