While intended for instructors, this program gives you the opportunity to deepen your personal practice and transformation. You will be challenged to learn and practice forms for the length of the program to strengthen your body, mind and spirit while gaining depth of knowledge and insight.

Saturdays 10:30-2:30pm eastern (4 hours) on the following dates:

We will explore principles, theory and philosophy underlying Qi Gong and Tai Chi practice, Daoist meditation, warm-up exercises and detailed Qi Gong forms including:
- Tai Chi Qi Gong 18 Movements Part 2
- Wu Dang Hun Yuan (Primordial) Yang Sheng Gong 2
- Wu Dang Yang Sheng Qi Gong
- Wu Dang Shen Dian Qi Gong
- Wu Dang Hun Yuan Huo Gu (Bone Stretching) Yang Sheng Gong
