Monday, Wednesday and Thursday We practice Hard Qigong and stretching. The marriage of strength and flexibility are the foundations of beautiful Tai Chi. Hard Qigong is a strengthening practice that builds muscle and bone. This includes a variety of strike, kicks, sit ups, push ups, and more. Our stretching practice addresses feet, legs, hips, spine, chest, shoulders and neck improving flexibility across our entire frame.
Tuesday and Friday We practice Immortal Li’s Dao Yin. This 45 minute practice balances, clears, and supports overall body and energy health. A wonderful self-care, self-maintenance program. Now offered as a hybrid class.
