2023 Winter Contemplation

Traditionally winter is the best season for meditation. If you haven’t already established a meditation practice, this is the time to do so. The world moves into quiet, into contemplation, becomes more intentional. The energy of the world interiorizes, the trees pull their sap into their trunks, the earth grows dark and silent. Our energy follows nature as well. The time between sleep and waking is easier to access and it’s easier to move into stillness. I liken that stillness to listening, listening to our intuition, listening to the Divine, listening to the universal energetic. We listen as a companion would listen – with no judgment, with loving acceptance. Join us Wednesday evenings at 8:30-9:30pm for meditation and contemplation. December 6th – February 28th.
