Sanfeng Tai Chi 13

Zhang Sanfeng created the first Tai Chi and internal martial arts form – Sanfeng Tai Chi 13 – in the 12th century, in Wu Dang, Hubei Province, China. The legend goes that he saw a magpie and a snake fighting and saw that the snake’s soft style could not be overcome by the bird.
